ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and apply deep learning methodologies to extract biological insights from digital pathology imaging datasets (H&E, IHC, multiplex IF, spatial transcriptomics).
Work with foundational, generative AI, and multi-modal models to support oncology drug discovery and biomarker development efforts.
Perform tissue segmentation, cell phenotyping, feature extraction, and spatial analyses while validating computational algorithms.
Collaborate with pathologists and translational teams to interpret image-derived biomarkers and present research findings at scientific conferences.
