Role Overview

Lead end-to-end product marketing strategy for the full Health Ingredients (HI) portfolio, including value propositions, messaging frameworks, and competitive differentiation for B2B audiences such as nutraceutical brand owners, formulators, and supplement brands across global markets.
The supplied posting contains a title inconsistency: the job listing title is "AD, Health Ingredients Product Marketing", while the body identifies the position as "Associate Director, Digital Integration & Data Solutions, Health Ingredients (HI)". The responsibilities span both product marketing and digital/data integration.

Product Marketing Responsibilities

Own Marketing's contribution to the HI opportunity pipeline and establish measurable targets for qualified lead generation where applicable, top-of-funnel impact, thought leadership, and brand awareness.
Measure product adoption and new-account engagement against divisional growth expectations.
Monitor pipeline performance across campaigns, customer segments, and channels and regularly report impact to commercial leadership.
Drive content creation across website copy, product brochures, white papers, case studies, technical datasheets, and social media while maintaining scientific accuracy, credibility, and brand consistency.
Work with Global Product Management to translate ingredient science, product roadmaps, and platform benefits into compelling customer-facing narratives and marketing materials.
Collaborate with Sales and commercial teams on sales-enablement tools, launch campaigns, and demand-generation initiatives designed to increase product adoption and revenue growth.
Analyze market research and competitive intelligence to identify emerging health-ingredient trends, unmet consumer health needs, and new market opportunities.
Support Product Managers and R&D in go-to-market strategies for new ingredient launches and line extensions.
Develop and manage the HI product marketing budget, allocate resources across initiatives, negotiate with vendors, and ensure efficient spending.
Partner with Product Management, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain to support product launches and portfolio lifecycle management.
Monitor industry trends and health/nutrition regulations, including FDA, FTC, and DSHEA requirements, and adapt marketing strategy accordingly.
Conduct competitive intelligence on competitor activities and marketing strategies to proactively adjust positioning and messaging.
Collaborate with regional marketing teams on lead-generation activation and maintain consistency of messaging and execution quality across markets.
Support global go-to-market tactics such as events and lead global event content strategy, messaging, and calendars.
Partner with regional event managers to establish themes, narrative structure, editorial priorities, and global event alignment.

Digital Integration & Data Solutions Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end digital integration strategy for the Health Ingredients business.
Ensure connectivity among commercial, product management, regulatory, supply-chain, customer-engagement, and analytics platforms.
Own the architecture and delivery of enterprise integration solutions with reliable, scalable, and secure data flows across internal and external systems.
Design and govern data pipelines and integration frameworks supporting consistent access to product, customer, market, and operational data.
Partner with Global Product Management to translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions supporting product lifecycle management, portfolio growth, and customer engagement.
Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to enable platforms that improve lead management, customer insights, campaign effectiveness, and business-performance visibility.
Develop and maintain integration roadmaps aligned with strategic priorities and digital-transformation objectives.

Technical & Domain Expertise

Complex integration, data engineering, and digital transformation within life sciences, health ingredients, nutrition, pharmaceutical, or related industries.
Enterprise application ecosystems including CRM, ERP, Product Information Management (PIM), marketing platforms, analytics tools, and cloud technologies.
Product marketing experience in health ingredients and/or nutraceuticals, particularly science-based B2B ingredient or functional-nutrition marketing.
Data governance, master data management, data quality, and regulatory compliance.
Understanding of health and nutrition regulatory environments, including FDA, FTC, and DSHEA.

Translate business requirements into scalable technology and marketing solutions.
Manage complex cross-functional projects and collaborate with global teams across multiple regions and time zones.
Drive measurable marketing contribution to pipeline, product adoption, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
