2. Filing a Takedown Claim

If you believe that any material hosted on or linked to by our Platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a formal notification. The notification must include the following details:

• A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
• A clear description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
• The specific URL or location on the Platform where the alleged infringing material is located (please provide exact page links).
• Your contact details, including mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement by you that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

4. Counter-Notification Procedures

If your posted content (e.g. a company description or job opportunity card) was disabled or removed due to a copyright notice, and you believe it was disabled in error, you may file a counter-notification with our Designated Agent.

To file a counter-notice, you must provide a written communication containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that was disabled and the exact location (URL) where it previously appeared.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside India, you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, India.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate the accounts, search profiles, or recruiter API tokens of users, companies, or recruiters who repeatedly violate intellectual property rights or face recurring copyright infringement complaints.
